Beauty Sleep:


Sleeping is the main thing because during pragnancy as your belly grows you will saw the difficulties of sleeping. You wanted to sleep very badly but you can’t because of the size of your belly.

So, do the things which are helped you to sleep like, when you are going to bad avoid electronics before a half-hour, drinking a glass of warm milk before sleep.

And not taking a good sleep is looks your face a little dull, and unhealthier and make your eyes swell. Drinking the warm turmeric milk before going too bad will help you to sleep.

Avoid Trying New Products:


If you are going to plan a pregnancy, avoid using organic products Because it is harmful to your baby and you too. Also, the main thing to avoid new products is that you can’t predict how your skin will going to react to the new products. Firstly, consult the doctor and then try a new product and mostly sick to the old products which more trusted for you. Change your skincare routine after consulting with the doctor.

And also avoid using chemical products because during pragnancy your body is too sensitive soo using a product which is not chemical-free is harmful to your baby and for you also. 

And if you are facing skin problems during pragnancy so don’t be so scared usually the problems are gone after the 9months when a baby will be born.
